Grading the Dolphins

QB Malik Willis wasn't very good as he ended the game with just 85 yards passing on 9 of 17. He was not very accurate as always. 85 yards will not win you much no matter how good are the running backs. D

RB Ollie Gordon had 100 yards on just 9 carries including aq 53 yard run and he also had the Dolphins lone TD. Another game like this and it's pretty obvious he is RB1 and surpassed Jaylen Wright for the job. B+

WR The Dolphins almost had their first lead of the year when Chris Bell looked like he scored but he was out of bounds and that negated a 68 yard score. Malik Washington was OK with 5 recptions but this unit is not currently very good. C-

OL They played OK considered the Vikings are blitzing all the time. They are certainly not the reason the Dolphins are losing. C+

LB It helps when you play the Vikings offense. They played better as Rodriguez had 18 tackles breaking the Dolphins rookie record held by HOF LB Zach Thomas. B

DL Finally 4 sacks. Sieler had 2. They played much better, was it a fluke ? B+

Secondary The secondary played well against a bad offense playing without their all world star. Chris Johnson is really playing better and looks to be a very good pick in the late first round. B+

Special teams The Dolphins have an awful special teams unit. And it can not be all because of their constant churning of the back end of the roster. It has to be more than that. D-

Coaching
The defnse played better but you can not win scoring 10 points, this is not 1976 it's 2026. D
