QB Moore's stats look OK, only 13 of 25 for 162 yards and a TD but he also ran for a TD and played solid football. His WRs dropped a few passes (Clay). He did a good job spreading the ball and in general played well. B-
RB Reggie Bush and Daniel Thoms combined for 173 yards on 35 carries (4.9 average). Bush finished with 100 on 22 carries and the Dolphins dominated in the running game 209-46. Bush looks like an every down back, he just ran hard and so did Thomas. B+
WR Marshall had one 4 catches for 60 yards and Fasano had 4 for 66. Bess scored on a short pass up the middle and the Dolphins did a good job in general. Clay did not hang on to a catchable ball twice. B
OL The run pass blocking was great and the run blocking was even better. They just totaly dominated the the Raiders from the first snap onwards. Pouncey is just a probowl wating to happen and Long was his usual dominating self. A
LB Karlos Dansby and Kevin Burnet are plying lights out. Burnet had a great run returning an INT 34 yards for a TD He also had a sack and the two ILB led the team in tackles as well. Just a great day for the defense all around. A-
DL By all by all acoounts the line is playing well. They did not get to the QB but the ru stopping was elite. The Raiders managed 46 yards on the ground - forty six ! from the Raiders ! A-
Secondary Vontae Davis is playing very well, the 4 of them look on the same page and the hole secondary looks different than they did at the start of the year. Davis also added a sack. A-
Special teams One huge return by Gates of 77 yards set the Dolphins up for a score. It was his only kick return of the day. Carpenter was back kicking. Fields averaged 43 yards on his 4 punts but one of them went for 66 yards. A
Coaching The Dolphins played their best game of the year, everything looked great and on time. The play calling, the awsome defense, they just look red hot right now, a playoff team not going to ther playoffs. Where was that the first 7 weeks ?? A
