QB Henne played safe, not throwing a lot downfield and having a few sacks. He did fumble and recover and that's a part of waiting to long with the ball. The bottom line is a decent game. When you rush for 250 yards you really don't need to throw much. He finished 14 of 22 for 115 yards and his first pro TD to rookie Brian Hartline. C+
RB Wow, Ronnie and Ricky are playing lights out. They are both playing like pro bowlers as they accounted for 200 rushing yards and 3 TDs. Ronni getting 115 on 20 carries with 2 TDs and Ricky 85 on 16 carries and a TD. They also had the team's 3 longest plays of the year, Ronnie - 38 and 29 and Ricky 28 yards on his longest carry. The team rushed for 250 yards ! They are, by far, the two best players on the team. They averaged 5.6 yards a carry. A+
WR Another mediocre day but the team ran so well there was no need to pass. Fasano actually caught a pass (for 7 yards). Camarillo caught 4 and Bess 3, other than that, they watched the running game as everybody else. Ginn only had 1 recpetion for 4 yards but had a nice 22 yard run on a reverse. C
OL When you rush for 250 yards you must be doing something good, but they also gave up 6 sacks... Donald Thomas missed on a few blocks and so did Carey. But then again you can not complain about the run blocking. B+
LB They made some plays, JT getting 2 sacks and Cameron Wake getting 3 (although he did line up with his hand down). The entire defense had a good game. A-
DL The D-Line did not let the Bills run at all. Langford is playing better than last year. So is Soliai and Merling.The Bills ran for only 46 yards. A-
Secondary They got burnt a few times by Evans and once by Owens but they also intercepted 3 balls, 2 by Will Allen and one by rookie Vontae Davis, he also scored his first pro TD on that INT return. Trent Edwards is no Manning or Rivers that's for sure. Solid game. B+
Special teams They managed to hold Bills return man Roscoe Parish with no nig plays. The kick return was better thatnks to two fake reverses to Ginn. They played well including a punt downed inside the 10 in the second half. B-
Coaching It looked like the usual game plan but Edwards is no Manning or Rivers and whe you run for 250 yards you are going to win 99% of the time and we already had the 1% against the Colts... Why was Cameron Wake inactive for the first two games ?? He had 3 sacks in only his second game. They played well. The huge challenge is next week. If they win and get to the bye week with a 2-3 record and a 2-0 division record, they could do something (althought they will have to win 2 of the next 3 and they play the perfect 4-0 Saints and on the road against the Jets and Pats but that's way in the future).
