QB Pennington did not play well at all although you can not guess it from looking at the stat sheet. His tendacy to throw a 5 yard pass on 3rd and 7 became a 5 yard pass son 4th and 7 with the game on the line. He just can not throw the ball effectivly for more than 30 yards and it shows. His INT returned for TD changed the momentum and the Fins did not recover from there. D
RB Ronnie and Ricky did not have a great game. The O-line did not give them any room to run all day. Just a bad day for the offense all round. C-
WR It's almost impossible for Ginn toi break out when his QB can\t throw the ball for more than 20 yards and he never throws to the WRs. The Dolphins use Cobbs and the TEs as WR as Chad doesn't throw deep anyway. C
OL The run-blocking was horrible and the pass blocking wasn't much better. The INT was on a play where Chad was hurried to say the least. D-
LB The Defense was horrible this side of Porter (2 sacks), Crowder, Ayodele and Roth were invisible. The Ravens ran at will and made Flacco look like a probowl QB. D-
DL Awful game. They could not stop the run at all as the Ravens ran right at them. McGahhe had 105 yards on 19 carries. The pass rush was even worse. ZERO pressure on the rookie QB. The only pressure coming from a LB (Porter). Flacco had all day to throw. They weren't even close. F
Secondary They make any rookie QB look like a probowler. Flacco entered the game with a QB rating in the 50-60 range throwing 1 TD and 7 INTs. His numbers for the day - 17 of 23 for 232 yards, a TD with no INTs. His 6 misses were just bad throws. F
Special teams Finally some sense in Miami land as the coaches let Ginn return kickoffs. They were rewarded with decent returns. The average doesn't look good but hat;s because Ginn tried to return kicks that were not supposed to be returned and he still managed a few yards on them taking down the average, he gave the Dolphins great field position. Bess had a bad decision on a punt resulting in Miami getting the ball at the two instead of the 12. Ginn can probably do punt returns better also. B-
Coaching What the hell were thinking with 3rd and 10 from the Baltimore 11 running a normal runnning play. That was at the begining and it looked like they were happy to go with a FG that's just bizzare. And a QB sneak at 2nd and 16 ? HA??. 3rd and 10 in the crucial last drive and they try a reverse in the wildcat? HA ?? and then a 5 yard route on 4th and 7 HA ??? The seaon is slipping away and the coaching staff's credit is zero right now. F
