QB Frerotte played well for most of the times he had 2 TDs, 1 INT and 275 yards in his first start as a Dolphin while comleting about 60% of his throws. B+
RB Brown had 57 yards on 22 carries. He had a lot of negative yardage plays. He has to understand that the NFL is not a plce to be dancing before getting to the line. Morris had a nice 9 yard TD run. C+
WR They all played well. Booker had 5 catched for 104 and a 60 yard TD. Chambers had 5 catches and Welker added another 4. Boston caught his first pass as a Dolphin. McMichael caught his first TD of the year. Chambers added a 60 yard run on a reverse. B+
OL They sometimes played well but sometimes the Broncos were half way to the backfield before Ronnie got the hanoff. They did play better than expected but with the Dolphins expectations that's not saying much. C
LB A very good game for the LBs. They played a big role in staffing the Broncos on the goal line stand. The Broncos went into the endzone only once in 9 tries from inside the 5, amazing. A
DL Great game. Traylor is an elephant-typr player, the Broncos, aside from a 30 yard run couldn't run the ball and they are a team renowed for their run blocking. There is nothing more to say about Jason Taylor - simply one of the best the Dolphins ever had. A
Secondary Madison had a great game, he dropped an INT but he blanketed the WR in front of him, be it Lelie or Rod Smith. Daniels got his first career INT and Schulters got his first as a Dolphin. They did have some breaks in coverege and were lucky the Broncos didn't take advantage. They will play better even though they did well. B+
Special teams They played solid but Welker's fumble is unexcusablae. The Broncos didn't score immediately but got the ball again in good field position and scored. So essentially it costed the Dolphins the only TD they gave up in the game. C-
Coaching What a difference a year makes. Absolutely brilliant. They played agrressive - hitting a 60 yard TD just after the Broncos closed to within 10 and the prvious regime would have gone so conservative that makes the Pope looks like Madonna. They used trick plays and unexpected plays like using Taylor as a TE to draw coverege. The best begining Saban could have hoped for. The Dolphins did have way-to-much penalties, especially pre-snap penalties. A
