QB Feeley was awful. He threw 2 INTs and lost a fumble. The Steelrs dropped two easy INTs, one of them could have gone the other way. He didn't have time to throw again. I really thought that Wannstedt will put Fiedler in at some point in the second half. Maybe it's time to switch back to Fiedler. D-
RB Gordon was injured and didn't return. Minor and Morris were out, so was Konrad, that left Leonard Henry the lone RB. Henry never played in an NFL game and even the RB depleted Dolphins cut him before the season began. In fact if Henry was injured the Dolphins would have had to lineup a TE in the backfield (McMichael ?), this how bad it was. The Dolphins are on their 5th RB in 3 games... Henry didn't have any blocking with Miami's so called offensive line, the results are a 2 yards per carry average (it was better than Gordon's 1.8). Henry had 41 yards on 21 carries. D-
WR Booker and Chambers caught 3 passes between them. The problem here is much deeper because Miami has two great WRs and they ca npt seem to find the way to get them the ball and their potential is just wasted. A part of than is the O-line play because they don't give time for the play to develop, but then again, the Dolphins have to figure out a way to get them the ball. McMichael led the way again (5 catches) he is having a great year. D+
OL An awful display again, The line is playing worse than I have ever seen. Damion McIntosh had 3 offsides penalties. They just didn't give Feeley any time to throw and Henry had to avoid tacklers the moment he got the handoff. F
LB The Steelers ran the ball OK and someof that is on the LBs, they didn't get any big play and with the Dolphins offense maybe only the defense can score. B
DL They played OK considering two of the starting DT were out. They can play better as far as pressuring the QB. B
Secondary They were facing a rookie QB with bad weather so they could have come up with big plays and they didn't. Hines Ward got free a few times and even caught a long 42 yard reception. They again played OK, good enough to win with any mediocre offense but the Dolphins' Offense is so far from being mediocre the secondary must come up with big plays. The Jets offer the biggest problem thus far this year.B
Special teams Welker had one punt sail past him for 20 yards to the Dolphins 6 yard line, 20 yards in this offense is like 200 for other offenses, the coverage team was average. Mare wasn't even given the opportunity to score aside from one short FG. C-
Coaching The play calling was weird to say the least, the coaches have to figure out the way to get the ball to Booker and Chambers. Maybe Konrad return would help but the offense is playing very very bad, I mean 23 points is sometimes not enough to win a game but win 3 games ? an average of 7.7 points a game. The Dolphins have hit rock bottom, no wonder it's their first 0-3 start since 1969 (when George Wilson was the coach)... F
